NOTIS : GAMBLER ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a free-to-play simulation game replicating the experience of Crapless Bubble Craps as found on Interblock gaming machines. The App is operated by NOTIS Marketing and Supply LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as NOTIS : GAMBLER.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Username (chosen by you)
• Password (stored securely via Supabase Auth — we never store plaintext passwords)

2.2 Game Data

To provide wallet persistence and lifetime stats, we store:

• Virtual wallet balance
• Total virtual chips deposited, cashed out, and loaned
• Lifetime game statistics (rolls, hands played, sessions, net profit/loss)
• Transaction history for virtual wallet and loan activity

2.3 What We Do NOT Collect

• Real financial information (no payments, no real money)
• Location or GPS data
• Contacts or address book
• Photos, camera, or microphone access
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Browsing history or cross-app tracking
• Third-party analytics or ad network data

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Create and authenticate your player account
• Save and restore your virtual wallet balance across sessions and devices
• Display your lifetime game statistics
• Provide customer support if you contact us

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App.

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your account and game data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with servers located in the United States. Supabase implements industry-standard security including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security policies, and secure authentication.

Your password is never stored in plaintext. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device and transmitted securely.

5. DATA SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We use one third-party service to operate the App:

• Supabase (supabase.com) — database, authentication, and cloud storage

We may disclose your information if required by law or court order.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store. It is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe your child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

7.1 Access and Correction

You may request to view or update your account information by contacting us.

7.2 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7.3 California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Contact us to exercise your rights.

8. IN-APP PURCHASES

The App offers an optional one-time Pro unlock ($1.99) for premium themes. This purchase is processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs payment data: apple.com/legal/privacy

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
